The implementation of hybrid work is force during the pandemic to ensure the survival of business entities. Initially, company was forced to adopt the work from home model for safety and survival reasons up till when the recovery phases set in, which brings employee the option of working from home experience also known as the hybrid work model. Hybrid work arrangements have gained significant popularity in recent years, enabling employees to work in a flexible manner by alternating between remote and on-site work. The adoption of hybrid work arrangements can provide organizations with a competitive edge in the contemporary workforce. Nevertheless, previous research suggest emphasizes shortcomings in the execution phase of hybrid work which causes digital exhaustion, disinterest, and inconsistent performance by the workforce.
